WRITTEN IN THE LANDS . . .
100 years ago a young stallion set out for a life of freedom away from humans in the Australian outback, his heart set on being free. He found a large oasis, untouched by the poison stench of humanity. The grass was green, the life was nice. Finally, a mare wandered along, searching for a new home. They started a herd together, something that would last forever, so named Oasia. The leadership was passed down like a torch, until now. Twins have been born, Maya, the ferocious and determined mare, and Nyka, the hard-working and wild stallion, and the crown is to be decided. But now, war has broken out, Oasia has being torn into two. Half of the herd has gone with Maya, and half with Nyka. Battles of the past rage upward as brother fought brother. Only few survived, while most were left, slain by horses in which they used to graze with. Peace was short-lived, and we fear, more battles may continue.
THE PRESENT IS TIPPING . . .
The end could be near for the horses. A war is on the brink, tipping into raging battles and the fight for a new home. But could the battle be stopped? Some members of the herds seem to think so, if the sibling jealousy is vanquished, but yet other thirst for rival blood. The once thriving herd of Oasia has been split, and now the lush territory is empty. Yet while one herd tries to claim, another is fighting them off. All horses have been killed, the only survivors the leaders and a few members. Slowly but surely, their armies are rising, but beware, two other herds have joined in with the mix, rising from the dust and becoming a threat. The sun is hot and the water is scarce, and the only way into Oasia is through your enemy. Can you make it, or will you withstand the pain of the outback? Which herd will you swear your loyalty to? Your challenge awaits you, are you ready to meet it?
